Boost Mechanic: Turbocharge Your Laps

The racetrack offers certain BYOPill ingredients to fill up your boost segments, which when utilized, propel you through the track for quicker laps.

Upgrading Boost Bar

At Jokka’s Repair Shop, upgrade your boost bar by purchasing boost segments based on your craft's acceleration statistic. Higher acceleration unlocks more purchasable boost segments. Refer to BYOCraft Statistics section for a breakdown.

Refilling Boost Segments

Before each race, decide if you wish to fill up your boost segments for a RawTRYP cost of 5 per segment refill, catapulting you to faster laps.

For BYOPill owners, the sum of trip levels of the most trippy BYOPill in your wallet connected to the BYOHub determines the number of free boost segment refills before each race, as shown in the table below. The number of free boost refills will also be shown inside Jokka's Repair Shop.

Each player who owns a BYOPill will receive free boost refills prior to every race based on the BYOPill in their wallet and its sum of trip levels

Players can recharge their boost segments during the race by collecting BYOPill ingredients scattered randomly across the track.
